Umm.. did any one else just DIE at the end of last week’s Fringe? Soul Magnet! The moment Olivia switched to Leonard Nimoy/William Bell’s signature gruff cadence, my heart skipped a beat – the most capable actress in TV, who’s spent the better part of the last year playing two different roles, is adding a third. I don’t know how long Bell will be inhabiting Olivia’s body but I love it – it’s rather brilliant. It’s also literally the only thing that’s on tonight that’s getting my juices flowing. Watch Fringe tonight. C’mon.
Fringe “Stowaway” 9:00 on FOX
It’s not even a full episode that focuses on the visiting Bell ghost, the team’s gotta solve a case too. A case involving a woman who can’t die no matter how hard she tries. Maybe she has unfinished business on the island. (She’s played by Paula Malcolmson, who was infact an other on the island before being killed by Sun in season 3). Also tonight marks the first time since his introduction that we get to meet our universe’s version of Agent Lincoln Lee (played by Seth Gabel since last season’s finale). Fringe has been steady on Fridays, it should be back next season, but it was rather iffy for a while there.
Series Finale Alert!!!
Supernanny 8:00 on ABC – It’s the end of the line for fun foe Jo Frost.
Kitchen Nightmares 8:00 on FOX – Lewis Carrol’s Jabberwocky. (As best I can recall)
The Ricky Gervais Show 9:00 on HBO – Twas brillig and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe all mimsy were the borogoves and the momeraths outgrabe. Beware the jabberwock my son with jaws that bite and claws that catch, beware the Jubjub bird and shun the frumulous bandersnatch. (FROM MEMORY BITCHES!!!)
Real Time With Bill Maher 10:00 on HBO – He took his vorpal sword in hand.. shit umm… something about fighting the manxome foe for a long time. Then he sits by the tumtum tree and thinks, right?
20/20 10:00 on ABC – Then the jabberwock comes with eyes aflame through the tulgey wood – or something. The word burbled is somewhere in this one.
Merlin 10:00 on Syfy – One two one two and through and through the vorpal blade went cracker jack (it’s not cracker jack but it sounds like it… sigh) He left it dead and with it’s head went galumphing back.
The Soup 10:00 on E! – And hast thou slain the jabberwock? Come to my arms my beamish boy. Oh frabjous day calloo calay he chortled with his joy.
Twas brillig, and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe. All mimsy were the borogoves and the mome raths outgrabe.
